You had impact on so many lives Jason and I was one of them. You are one of the main reasons I am where I am. Right from that first interview you conducted at Dell to being my manager, friend, mentor and so on. Then the journey continued at Lenovo where I learned so much from you. Then UK. All that time we spent there on and off work, I cannot forget that. The way you conducted yourself left so much to learn from. It breaks my heart to know that you cannot read all these lovely messages and it breaks my heart more that I was not able to tell all this to you while you were still among us.
